- No. This is reference data to help you research and plan. It has no effect on any program's decision, and we make no acceptance promises of any kind.
- Do I need an account?
- No. After you pay, we email you a private access link that works without a login. Keep it somewhere safe and treat it like a password.
- How do updates work?
- Your access link stays valid for 12 months. Exports always pull from the live database, so you get the latest data every time you download.
- What is your refund policy?
- A 14-day, no-questions refund. Reply to your receipt within 14 days and we refund you from the Stripe dashboard. No forms, no hassle.
- Is the free site going away?
- No. Everything that is public today stays public and free. Pro adds depth and export; it never removes public access.
