How we build this directory

Accelerator Atlas exists to help pre-seed and seed founders find the right vertical accelerator and understand its terms before they apply. The credibility of the data is the whole product, so here is exactly how we handle it.

How we verify

Wherever we can, we check each field against a primary source: the program’s own website, application portal, or official documents. We record the URLs we used and the date we last checked them. Both appear on every program page. If we cannot confirm a value on a primary source, we say so rather than guess.

What the confidence badges mean

• Verified. Checked against the program's own website or official documents.
• Secondary source. Taken from reputable third-party coverage, not yet confirmed on a primary source.
• Unverified. Not yet verified. Confirm it yourself before you rely on it.

Why some values say “Not published”

When a program does not publish a detail, such as its exact check size or the equity it takes, we leave it blank and label it “Not published.” We never fill the gap with an estimate. A blank you can trust is worth more than a number you cannot.

How we handle dormant programs

Accelerators pause and wind down often, and a stale listing wastes a founder’s time. If we cannot confirm a recent or upcoming cohort, we mark the program “possibly dormant”and keep it visible with that badge rather than deleting it. You get the context and decide for yourself.

How we make money, and the line we will not cross

We never take a fee that depends on a startup raising capital. No success fees, no cut of a round, no payment tied to anyone closing funding, in either direction. We earn from flat subscriptions, newsletter sponsorships, and affiliate signups with service providers, all disclosed on the pages where they appear. Read the full money disclosure.
