Terms model
Equity-freeProvides support with no cash invested and no equity taken.
Investment
Not publishedFree educational bootcamp; no equity or investment component, so amounts are null by design. Runs as recurring three-day in-person events rather than a multi-week cohort, so program_length_weeks is null. The press room says DAV Patriot Boot Camp hosts at least three in-person cohorts annually at DAV National Headquarters near Cincinnati or in other locations across the country, hence cohorts_per_year 3. The Winter 2026 event ran February 11 to 13, 2026. Event locations rotate, so city/state null. As of September 28, 2026, registration for the Winter 2027 event is open on a first come, first served basis, with dates and location not yet published; a separate Fall 2026 alumni cohort is full. DAV covers programming, meals, and local transportation for participants in partner hotels; participants pay their own travel and lodging.
